Building a More Inclusive Workplace for Religious Minorities

The current secular models are putting strain on religious diversity in the context of workplace. With growing European societies and visible expression beliefs behaviors, tensions have arisen linked to rise xenophobia. scientific literature shows that minorities discriminated workplace, especially Muslim women wear Islamic veils. Nonetheless, people pertaining these agency, they can overcome this discrimination. This paper presents results a systematic review articles published SCOPUS Web Science using preferred reporting items for reviews meta-analyses (PRISMA). focuses management labor contexts, regarding wearing identify some successfully implemented actions contribute more inclusive workplaces minorities, Some from employee perspective include networking mentoring, while others company related creation styles place center. crucial role politics plays is also briefly discussed.
